Beowulf Cluster

Carleton University

• 64 nodes with 4x2.2 GHz Opteron Cores w/ 8 GB RAM per node
• 3 TB of disk storage.
• All nodes are interconnected via a Foundry SuperX switch
  using Gigabit ethernet
• This system is primarily for systems and tools research.

Cluster Software

• Rocks version 5.3.1, MPI libraries, and programming tools available. Any compatible open source software can be installed on request.
