HPC Environment - Beowulf Cluster   Carleton University: 64 nodes with 4x2.2 GHz Opteron Cores w/ 8 GB RAM per node 3 TB of disk storage. All nodes are interconnected via a Foundry SuperX switch using Gigabit ethernet This system is primarily for systems and tools research. Additionally, the older Beowulf cluster is still operational consisting of: 32 nodes with dual 1.7 GHz Xeon Processors w/ 1 GB RAM per node 32 nodes with dual 2.0 GHz Xeon Processors w/ 1.5 GB RAM per node Cluster Software: being updated - please check back Applications for an Account on the Beowulf can be found here .
